           Dear World Changing Woman,

           We are so blessed to be exactly where we are right now, aren't we?

           Thanks to the women who have walked before us, we are free, powerful and ready to step into the reality that we are saving the world.  It's happening and I know you can feel it within you.  I definitely do.

           At times, it feels like the greatest gift I could ever imagine.  Other times, it feels confusing and  frustrating. 

         Can you relate?

         Over the past 7 years, I've loved so many things about being a business owner, but would often find myself wondering why sometimes it felt so bad.

     Is Doing Business Like a Man Hurting You Too?

          I now know it was because I was doing business like a man.  Leading based on inherited patterns and conditioning.  And it was hurting the feminine part of me tremendously.  At my core.

         So I began to really look at those patterns.  I began to pay attention to the feminine part of me - the part that yearned for something different.  A different way to be in business, and by extension in my life.

         The journey is far from over, but I am incredibly grateful to tell you that when I am leading from my feminine, I know the immensity of what's possible for all of us when we can really drop into the feminine leadership paradigm that's emerging through us (even when we don't know what it looks like because we don't have the models to follow) and hold on to it as consistently as possible in the ever changing flow of life and feminine energy.

         Together, we can hold the space.  And when we do, powerful world-changing creations will be birthed.  They are being birthed now, through each one of us.

       Powerful Feminine Leadership Is What Will Save the World

           In October of 2009, the Dalai Lama prophesied that "the world will be saved by the Western woman."

           There's no doubt, he's right. And to do it, we must connect to and embrace the power that comes from the feminine without allowing them to be consumed by the often over-developed masculine parts of ourselves that keep us constantly driving forward.

           Alone, we will keep falling back into the old patterns that have taken such deep hold.  Competition, comparison despair, leading from fear, anger, worry, and negative reinforcement.  Or, we may overcompensate and give away our power completely.

           There is another option.

           Powerful feminine leadership maintains the power of the masculine while softening into the love, the heart, the intuition, the core power of the feminine.  It feels effortless.  Grace and ease.  Flow.

          Through co-creation, we will discover how to lead from this energy consistently, even in the face of our own ever changing nature.

Co-creation is What Will Allow Us to Do It

            For years, I felt the longing to co-create while at the same time experiencing the fear and pain that comes with historical masculine patterns of competition and comparison despair.

            Again and again, I heard the message - find the authentic you and there can never be any competition.  My intellect believed it, but embodying it at my core was a whole different story.

           So often, I couldn't see my authentic self clearly.  Who was I really?  What was special and unique about me? What made me qualified to change the world anyway?

          Today, I know.

          The answers came through my co-creation and connection with other powerful feminine leaders.

          Through their eyes, I was able to see the truth of me.

         I'm not going to tell you a whole lot about the details of the event.  Just enough to satisfy the masculine part of you that must know, but not enough to fulfill it's desire to know everything before taking action.  

         The powerful feminine leader often must make decisions without all the facts.  So for this event, I'll be keeping your masculine energy on a need to know basis.  I'll share what you need to know.

Event Details:

          We are holding the event at a beautiful yoga studio called the Hub in West Los Angeles.  It will begin at 5p and end by 9:30p.

         You will leave knowing who you are and how you can most greatly impact the world while living in the flow, grace and ease of the divine feminine leader you are.
